Ike came and went and all we got were a few branches down in the yard. We are however at about 36 hours with no power currently. I'm making this post using my cell phone as the internet connection. Anyway back to business.
We are all fine. No damage other than the power being out and I think we might have lost 3 shingles.

So glad you're safe - good luck with the power - my neice, Rebecca, is in the same boat - no power - their house it ok, but there's trees all over the yard, blocking the cars and the roof of her high school came completely off. . .Hope you're able to get some ice and you power will be restored soon! You're in our prayers!
Glad you guys are okay! Dad and Linda were here when the hurricane hit and we couldn't pull ourselves away from the TV. We were hoping that the storm wouldn't affect you that bad and we're glad to know that you guys are fine. We miss you!
