I love this video...it's so Meredith! At the ward Halloween party they had a costume parade that all the kids walked in. Meredith loved it. At the end they had the kids all assemble on the stage to take a picture, and of course, Meredith pushed her way to front and center and then announced herself as a beautiful princess. LOL!

For Halloween this year, Meredith wanted to go as The Little Mermaid. Then, at the last minute, she decided she wanted to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Today we went to an Easter Egg Hunt at a friend's place. Court smoked up a bunch of meat for the event...which was delicious! This last week was another busy one! Court turned the big 3-0 on the 28th! I'm happy to report that Meredith is much better. The mystery rash is gone. I'm pretty sure it was an allergic reaction to milk. Since taking her off of dairy, she's been much happier. No more tummy aches or constipation. No more rash. So we are happy campers now!

Today I met up with my friend Sara and we took the kids to the new splash park. At first, Meredith was a little nervous, but she eventually warmed up to it. We only stayed for about 45 minutes though, because it was really windy and one of Sara's boys said he was cold and wanted to go home. We finally made it home! Three weeks is just way too long for me to be away from Court. I haven't been able to stop looking at him and touching him. He's really real. The one positive is that I get to fall in love with him again. His handsome face...his smile...his yummy smell. I'm glad to be home. Yesterday I took Meredith for a long walk around a nearby subdivision. We came across a little park that had some swings! So, I held Meredith on my lap and we took a whirl on the swing. Meredith loved it! She was so excited. So, today I took her to a different park that actually has baby swings. She, again, loved it. We also took a stroll down to the river front and watched some boats

Meredith got a new front-facing car seat! I'm very excited about this...even more excited than she is. It soooo much easier to tend to her while driving now that she can see me and I can see and reach her. So nice!
